2.3 Withdrawal / Return of Order Products

2.3.1 Withdrawal

The customer has the right to unjustified withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order and according to law 2251/1994,  only if the package has not been unsealed. In this case, send an e-mail that will inform us about it. The product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the product is borne entirely and exclusively by the customer. In case the package is unsealed , we are very sorry but we will not accept the return and the package will be sent back to you.

2.3.2 Return of Order Products

In case within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order by the carrier, you want to change the product or find damage to a product or part of it then send an email to info@karatijewelry.gr where you inform us and at the same time state us which of the following suggested actions do you prefer: A. return and replacement (possible only if the product is available). B. return and exchange with a different product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all the supporting documents that initially accompanied it. Return shipping costs from the customer to Karati are borne exclusively by the customer. Karati will replace or change (actions A. or B.) ONLY after receiving the product. In case of receipt of a different product from that of your order then only the above action A. (return and replacement) is valid. Compliance with the above deadlines of 14 days is certified from the date of receipt of the relevant e-mail from Karati.
