Payments

For all payment methods, Karati jewelry does not store or maintain credit card or bank account data. The payment of your order in the online store Karati is made exclusively in euros (€€). Karati provides the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit card

Credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO are accepted. Transactions are performed through Eurobank and the currency is €.

  • Bank account deposit

You can pay for your order through e-banking or by deposit at a bank cashier, by direct deposit to the following account maintained by our store: Eurobank: GR2302600200000140202013145 Acount holder: Voulala Zara Georgios

Please note that the payment requires an account at the same bank. In any other case, there will be a charge of an amount charged by the bank for orders from third banks (3 €).

  • Cash on delivery

By choosing cash on delivery, the day you receive your order, you pay in cash to the carrier who delivers your order. For this service you are charged the amount of 2.5 € for each order. Valid only for purchases in Greece.

Shipping

Orders are served as a priority based on the date of receipt of their payment or in case of cash on delivery, the day of telephone confirmation.

In the shipping services, our customer, when entering the receipt address (arrival of the order), is automatically informed by our system about the available services and charges.

  • Shipping methods

Shiping with the ELTA courier Door-to-Door.

  • Execution time.

The delivery time of each order is from 1 to 5 working days, except public holidays, for shipments within Greece. The execution time of the order starts counting from the day we receive your order.

Remarks

– The shipping times concern the main and more cities and islands of Greece.

– Delays of 1 to 2 days due to remote / inaccessible areas are not included.

  •  Order Tracking

For each order that departs from our facilities, you receive an e-mail informing you. The e-mail includes a link that will take you to the corresponding page of the courier company and a unique tracking number,  which when using it,  you will  immediately be informed about the stage of transfer of your order package.

  • Transport liability

– Delays: Our company takes all the necessary measures for the timely delivery of the products you have ordered. However, our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events that are not under its control, such as delays in loading-unloading areas, means of transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of products etc. In case of any delays our company exhausts its responsibility in trying to inform you and to consult you if possible with a new delivery route.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost that is calculated and included in each order of the online store Karati jewelry concerns only the cost of the shipping service.

Greece: The shipping cost is 4,5 €. For purchases over 80 € the shipping costs are free. The cost of the service cash on delivery is 2.5 €

Cyprus: Shipments are performed by Elta Courier. The shipping cost is € 10. Cash on delivery service is not supported.

Europe: The shipments are performed by Elta Courier. The shipping cost is 18 € for each shipment up to 2kg. Cash on delivery service is not supported.

United Kingdom: Shipments are performed by Elta Courier. The shipping cost is 18 € for each shipment up to 2kg. Cash on delivery service is not supported.

Delivery time to countries outside the European Union may take longer. Karati jewelry is not responsible for any taxes imposed in non-EU countries. Contact your local tax authority for more information.

Cash on delivery is not supported for overseas orders.
